Port and terminal management
Operator of the Ocho Rios Cruise Ship Terminal
We manage the Ocho Rios Cruise Ship Terminal on behalf of the Port Authority of Jamaica, from berth allocation to passenger flow and terminal concessions.
Managing a cruise terminal means running a small port and a passenger building at the same time: mooring gangs, gangway safety, security screening, ground transport marshalling and the concessions inside the hall.
The same operating discipline is available to third parties on a management contract or advisory basis.
